Reminder Sessions
In life we all need "reminders" to help us remember to remember. You receive notes to take with you for your reflection from every session. They always include positive messages, tools and resources. Many people put these reminders up on their walls, fridges or mirrors. One woman says she keeps hers next to her in the car to read and refresh herself at stop lights. The notes provide reinforcement, support and inspiration long after the session is over.
Who is Taylor Jane Green
Taylor Jane Green is a Certified Life Coach, a Registered Spiritual Psychotherapist with the Canadian Examining Board of Health Care Practitioners and a Certified Hypnotist. She has a background in Social Work and Hospital Spiritual Care, as well as a BA in Comparative Religion and Philosophy from the University of Toronto.
